Outcomes Tools: County Board Access

County Boards can have access to the Data Dashboard.

ORH has also developed dashboards for local county boards. Once they sign up, they will be able to log in at anytime and see how many recovery homes are participating in the survey, how many surveys are submitted, and each county board will be able to see a summary of all the data that is submitted by homes in their region.

What the county board cannot see is your specific data. The county board will only get summary data related to their area they serve. Of course, you can share that data with them if you so choose.

The exception is – if you’re the only recovery home in your board’s area collecting resident surveys, your county board will be able to figure out who’s data they are seeing  – since you are the only recovery home having resident completing the survey. But once there are multiple recovery houses participating, the county board cannot determine who’s who.
