Outcomes Tools: Summary

In this Outcomes Tools training, we covered:

1. The Outcomes Tools are for any recovery house operating in the state of Ohio. You do not need to be certified, you do not need to be receiving funding from your county board, you just need to be an operating recovery home in Ohio.
2. The resident completes the Resident Survey which is found on the ORH website and is collected at 3 time intervals – at move-in, six months into residency, and at move out. And the Resident Survey has one password for everyone. recovery-ohio – all lowercase.
3. The Data Dashboard is where you will see the Resident Survey results which can be downloaded for grants, community outreach and such. The dashboard’s login credentials are set by your organization including your unique password. And the Data Dashboard is NOT found on the ORH website.
4. And to register for the Outcomes Tools, go the the ORH website to find the registration form where all information should be entered completely and accurately.
