Outcomes Tools: Who Has Access Data Dashboard

An organization can have as many people as they want have access to the data, but it is the organization that decides who has access to the Data Dashboard. Utilizing the Outcomes Tools Resident Survey data may not be pertinent to your job duties. A house manager may only have the responsibility to have residents complete the survey, but not have access to survey results. Check with your organization’s Director to see if access to the data is permissible.
