Outcomes Tools: Who Has Access to the Data Dashboard

An organization can decide who has access to the data dashboard. Utilizing the outcomes tools resident survey data may not be pertinent to everyone’s job duties. A house manager may only be responsible for having residents complete the survey, but may not need access to the survey results. Check with your organization’s director to see if you have permission to access the data.
