The resident has the right to receive, in writing, a receipt for payments made and/or a written statement of account that details any expenses, charges and payments made, upon request.

Therefore, the resident rights statement must include that the resident can receive a receipt for payments and/or a statement-of-account that records financial transactions between the organization and the resident, especially if the resident were to request one.
