Resident Rights Statement: Signature Line

All residents must receive a copy of the resident rights statement, and the recovery housing operator is required to collect and keep a signed copy of the resident rights statement from each resident that states that the resident has read and understands their rights. Therefore, a signature line must be included on the resident rights statement.
