Resident Rights Statement: Signature Line

All residents must receive a copy of the resident rights statement. The recovery housing operator is required to collect and keep a signed copy of the resident rights statement from each resident. The statement should explain that in signing on the signature line, the resident agrees that they have read and understood their rights.
