What should residents agree to maintain a healthy physical environment within the home?

1. Residents agree there are standards for upkeep of the interior of the property, and to clean up after themselves.
2. Residents agree to wash their hands, not share personal items and take appropriate action when they are sick.
3. Residents agree to smoke only in permitted areas.
4. Residents agree to not tamper with safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and smoke alarms, and agree to inform the appropriate person if items need to be repaired or replaced.
