When non-observance code of conduct issues need to be addressed, have a meeting with the resident, determine the resident’s understanding of the code of conduct, and learn if there are any barriers to the resident upholding the code of conduct.(Required)
It is appropriate to change to the resident code of conduct in response to a unique individual circumstance - without notifying residents.(Required)
