Obligation to report inappropriate relationships to management:

Staff members have a duty to report any inappropriate relationships or behaviors observed between staff and residents to management immediately.

Ensuring the implementation of the Code of Conduct is everyone’s responsibility.  Staff and leaders should understand their ethical obligations in reporting any abusive, exploitation or other inappropriate relationships.

Prompt reporting is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and maintain the integrity of the recovery housing environment.
