Staff Code of Conduct: Key Components

Key components of a Staff and Leadership Code of Conduct must contain certain elements including but not limited to, prohibition of a sexual relationship between staff and residents; harassment; lending or borrowing money; using illicit substances; and keeping resident information confidential.
