A clear and comprehensive Code of Conduct ensures that recovery housing staff members uphold ethical standards, maintain professionalism, and prioritize residents' well-being at all times.(Required)
Staff members are NOT prohibited from engaging in any form of romantic or sexual relationships with residents.(Required)
Harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or emotional abuse, should be strictly prohibited in a recovery home.(Required)
Staff members may lend or borrow money from residents under any circumstances.(Required)
Staff members are prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol or illicit substances while on duty or interacting with residents.(Required)
Staff members are required to maintain the confidentiality of resident information at all times.(Required)
Staff members have a duty to report any inappropriate relationships or behaviors observed between staff and residents to management immediately.(Required)
