Prohibition on Harassment:
Staff members must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards all residents.
Harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or emotional abuse, should be strictly prohibited in a recovery home.
Offering training on cultural competence, recovery oriented supports, and the social model can prevent violations of Staff Code of Conduct.
