What should residents agree to so everyone in the house can get along?

  1. Residents and staff understand and agree on the appropriate boundaries between staff and other residents with regard to personal or romantic relationships.
  2. Residents agree to treat others with respect – including agreeing to respect individuals from other races, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations or gender identities.
  3. Residents and staff all agree to not borrow nor lend money or items of significant value from one another.
