Staff members can engage in romantic or sexual relationships with residents.(Required)
Harassment, including, but not limited to, verbal, physical or emotional abuse, should be strictly prohibited in a recovery home.(Required)
Staff members may lend money to or borrow money from residents under some circumstances.(Required)
Staff members are prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol or illicit substances while on duty or interacting with residents.(Required)
Staff members are required to maintain the confidentiality of resident information at all times.(Required)
Staff members have a duty to report any inappropriate relationships or behaviors observed between staff and residents to management immediately.(Required)
