The Laundry, Basement and Utilities

Residents must be able to clean their clothes and linens, so the house must either provide a working washer and dryer OR the home is located in an area where the resident has means to get to and use a local nearby laundromat.

The basement must be free from any signs of leaks or mold.

The home should be equipped with hot water, electricity, and heat. Major appliances such as furnaces and water heaters should be in good working order.
