Creating a Grievance Policy for Recovery Housing

 

Grievances in recovery housing is never easy. Under the social model, you create a culture in your recovery home where residents get to know one another, care about one another, they are better able to handle small issues among themselves, and residents understand that it is their responsibility to look out for one another and care for one another.  This means that residents understand their rights but also understand their responsibilities.
