Recovery homes must make a physical copy of their policies and procedures manual easily accessible to residents for reference whenever they need them. Therefore, there must be a posting or binder with the following documents in a common area of the home. These documents must match the ones submitted to ORH during the certification application process.

  • Emergency Policy

  • Medication Policy

  • Visitor Policy

  • Code of Conduct

  • Resident Rights Statement

  • Grievance Policy

  • Communicable Disease Policy

  • Neighbor Concerns Policy (also known as the Good Neighbor Policy)
