All of these experiences make for wonderful new perspectives and ways for people to learn and grow together. It can also sometimes create situations where it can be hard for people to get along. Adding elements to your Code of Conduct can help residents understand what is appropriate to do so you can maintain harmony within the home. Take a moment to consider what residents should agree to in order make sure the home is not only harmonious, but also welcoming and supportive for all residents.
