The resident rental agreement must also contain information about the specific property where the resident will be living. This should include the street address and apartment or room number of the recovery house.

If a resident moves between recovery homes that are operated by the same operator, they will need to sign a new resident rental agreement. For example, if they move from a Level III recovery home to a Level II recovery home, the organization and the resident would sign a new resident rental agreement for the Level II home.
