Incident Reporting Policy: Documentation/Grievance

Documenting an incident appropriately, accurately and clearly will help if there is a grievance.

If there is a grievance filed about an organization, these documents will be needed to inform the grievance process. Any failure to provide incident documents will likely result in an unfavorable finding during the grievance process.
