An organization is also required to ask the resident for any emergency contacts at some point during your evaluation or move-in process.  Make sure this number is correct and accurate – if residents stay for a longer residency, re-check this information to ensure accuracy over time.

While not required, we recommend establishing an emergency preparedness kit.  Be sure to include Naloxone to have on hand.  You can never have too many reminders to ensure you have a supply on hand.
