An organization is also required to ask residents for their emergency contacts at some point during the evaluation or move-in process. Make sure these numbers are accurate. If residents stay for a long period of time, re-check this information to ensure it remains up to date.

While not required, we recommend establishing an emergency preparedness kit. Be sure to always have Naloxone on hand.
