Creating Paid Work Agreements for Recovery Housing

Paid work agreements are considered any arrangement where a resident is provided wages, money, discounts on rent or another item of value in exchange for performing work for the organization. It is a good idea to seek legal advice to ensure that you are entering appropriate employment relationships with anyone who is performing work for you.
