Visitor Policy: Confidentiality
Please log in to your account in order to access this material.
All visitors should be cautioned to keep any information they learn about residents during their visit confidential.
Visitors may see other community members, overhear conversations or gain general knowledge about the recovery home. They should be respectful of the things they see and hear and agree to keep them confidential for the privacy and safety of everyone. This includes respecting residents’ personal stories, struggles and experiences shared during the visit.
Maintaining confidentiality fosters trust and creates a safe space for residents to open up during visits.
